Send my key again

Enter the email address you paid with and the key goes back out to it.

If nothing arrives

Check spam first. Failing that, reply to your original Stripe receipt — it reaches the developer directly, and it proves the payment at the same time.

Out of Macs?

A key covers 3 machines. To move it, open LidGuard on a Mac you no longer use, go to Settings → Licence and choose Release this Mac. If that Mac is gone for good, reply to your receipt and the slot gets freed manually.
